Rhubarb frangipane tart for Sunday brunch! Decided to experiment with the frangipane filling recipe and replaced the butter with tahini so it would be dairy free. Worked perfectly and turned this treat into something delicious and packed with protein, calcium, magnesium, vitamins and minerals!

On my way home from @biofachvivaness - it was super interesting and so much fun but also quite exhausting! Was so happy to meet Susanna @eatsleepgreen today and obviously I tried sooooo many new products. Now in case you've been at a food fair before you probably know a tummy full of bites from raw bars, vegan cheese & buttermilk, fried tofu and chocolate doesn't exactly feel great. 🙈😅 Wish I had a bowl of this yummy soba noodle salad with me right now to eat on the train back to Berlin. I love soba noodle bowls, cause they work with pretty much any veggies you've got at home and they're so healthy yet super satisfying! 😊 This one here had spiralised zucchini & carrots, napa cabbage, quick pickled red cabbage (rice vinegar + raw cane sugar + miso salt) and crunchy radishes in it. Served it with the yummiest miso tahini dressing made with my favourite lupine miso from @schwarzwaldmiso, fresh coriander and black & white sesame seeds.
