ingredients
Ingredients and Supplies:
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 bunch green grapes
- 1 triangle cookie cutter (approx. 1.5 inches)
- 1 wine glass
- 1 pack sliced salami
- 8 - 10 crackers
- 1 handfull raspberries
- 1 handfull blueberries
- 1 handfull walnut halves
- Edible flowers (optional), for garnish
Method
Step 1
Prepare the brie: Slice the wheel of brie in half horizontally. Use a triangle cookie cutter to carefully cut a shape from the top half. Spoon strawberry jam onto the center of the bottom half, then place the top half back on, aligning the cut-out to reveal the jam design. Set aside.
Step 2
Make a salami rose: Fold a slice of salami in half over the rim of a wine glass. Continue overlapping folded slices all the way around the rim, spacing each one about 2 inches apart. Once full, flip the glass upside down onto the charcuterie board to release your “salami rose.”
Step 3
Assemble the board: Arrange the brie and salami rose on your board. Fill in with grapes, crackers, raspberries, blueberries, and walnuts. Garnish with edible flowers, if using.
Step 4
Store until serving: Place the completed charcuterie board into your Frigidaire Custom-Flex® Temp Drawer and adjust the setting to “Deli/Snacks” for optimal freshness. Close the drawer, and you're ready to host in style!
