Ramps Recipes

Fresh ramps, blink and you'll miss them. Every year when Spring rolls around chefs and home cooks alike flock to farmers markets to scoop up these pungent little plants. Describing the flavor is almost as tricky as getting your hands on a bunch; they are sort of look like scallions but have a taste similar to mild mannered onions, garlic and leeks. The truth is the flavor is pretty indescribable, but is very delicious so if you happen to see a bunch this Spring be sure to pick them up and use them in one of our favorite recipes below!
