It's my uber versatile Butternut Squash Purée you've seen on my Insta a few times recently. I made a big batch of the purée 2 weeks ago and had some left in my freezer. I ate some in those corn/egg/avocado bowls before but today I just cooked up some @eatbanza rotini and threw some of the purée on for the perfect creamy sauceSprinkled some pepitas and Korean pepper on it for some and voilà!
