Some people are saying this is going to be the summer of rhubarb. (Wait, I'm one of those people.) This feed is an ode to that pink and sour sign of the new season that we love so much mixed with strawberries and baked into a pie. I would die for a Brieremere rhubarb square right now. But rhubarb is not just for sweet. It can also be savory. Most important, you can concoct tonics, spritzers and other *libations. Rhubarb shandy anyone?
