A Note From Amisha Gurbani

When you think of jam and jelly, you think of toast. But that is not the only way you can eat jams and jellies. When you open up your inner creativity, you can see the uses and possibilities are endless! Actually, one can make a whole meal out of jams, starting with a cocktail, to appetizers, then an entree and finally dessert. Pretty cool, isnt it?

Chutney, has its origins in India, Its meaning derived from the sanskrit word "chatni", which means to lick. Because they are lip smackingly delicious! It is a versatile condiment, that can be used as a side, or in sweet or savory dishes. Typically made with fruits and/or vegetables, and spices, the uses are plenty, and the variations are endless!

My goal is to find some of the most innovative recipes, for jams, jellies and chutneys. Be it sweet or savory, I want the unexpected combinations to inspire and delight. Hope you find your inspiration here! Enjoy! :-)
