In case you haven’t guessed, I’m a little obsessed with blueberries. Here’s the low down on these babies. Blueberries are packed with antioxidants to make you look and feel better from the inside out. I honestly believe that including blueberries in your diet is comparable to the fountain of youth in the form of a berry. I toss them into so many recipes – from my morning bowl of breakfast to both sweet and savory dishes. They have become a staple in my kitchen and my freezer is stocked with them for the winter months. Not only are they deliciously blue and super stunning to look at, blueberries are always a welcome addition to any meal. This feed is jam packed and drool worthy with blueberry inspiration.
