Quick and easy to make, stir fries are a great weeknight meal option. All you have to do is get some rice cooking, chop up some veggies, like onion, pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, etc., if adding any meat like chicken, pork, or beef cut that up into small pieces too, and make a simple flavoring sauce with maybe ginger, garlic, sesame oil and tamari.
