  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2-3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 2-4 carrots, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-4 tablespoons peanuts or cashews (optional)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/3 Braggs liquid aminos or coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 bags Success Rice Boil-in-Bag White Rice

Method

  • Step 1

    Cook Success Rice Boil-in-Bag White Rice according to instructions on the box.

  • Step 2

    While the rice is cooking, start by browning 1 lb. of ground beef in a pan over medium heat. While it's cooking, prep the vegetables.

  • Step 3

    Add celery, zucchini, carrots, and garlic to the pan.. Add peanuts or cashews, if desired.

  • Step 4

    Toss in the red pepper.

  • Step 5

    In a small bowl, mix together coconut sugar, Braggs liquid aminos , rice vinegar, ground ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes.

  • Step 6

    Once the ground beef is fully cooked, remove it from the pan and set it aside. Add the prepped vegetables to the pan and sauté for 2-4 minutes until tender.

  • Step 7

    Add the cooked beef back to the pan along with the sauce. Give everything a good stir to coat the ingredients.

  • Step 8

    Cover the pan and let the flavors meld together by simmering for 5 minutes.

  • Step 9

    Serve Korean Beef Stir Fry over a bed of perfectly cooked Success Rice.
