How is it already November?! This week, it's all about comfort food. With the chilly weather and the coming holiday season, we can't get enough warm, roasted veggies and easy sheet pan dinners. Not to mention, there's a chocolate adventure calling your name this weekend!

THE GROCERY LIST

2 apples

1 bunch of cilantro

1 dozen eggs
3 eggplants, halved lengthwise
1 head of garlic
1 (15-oz.) can black beans
1 cup cooked lentils
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 (7-oz.) can tomato paste
2 lbs sweet potatoes
2 cups pecan halves
½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
1 (4-oz.) log goat cheese
1 lb large shrimp
2 chicken breasts
½ lb bacon
2 heads romaine lettuce
2 cups of micro kale and arugula (or regular arugula)
3 large tomatoes
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 small bag flax seed meal
1 ¼ cups shredded coconut
¼ cup cacao powder
2-3 tbsp rice malt syrup
3 cups medjool dates
¼ cup rice malt syrup
½ cup coconut condensed milk
4 oz vegan dark chocolate
