1 (32-oz.) carton vegetable stock
1 pound pasta of choice
1 avocado
1 fennel bulb
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas
1 (12 ounce) bag frozen pineapple
2 cups brown rice
1 (4 ounce) can red curry paste
2 (14 ounce) blocks tofu
