- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1/ 4 yellow onion
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup drained pineapple
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 teaspoons Five Spice seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Tamari
Heat a large frying pan on medium heat. Saute onions in coconut oil until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
Once onions start to brown around the edges, add peas and pineapple.
Cook and stir until peas start to thaw, about 3 minutes.
Sprinkle Five Spice seasoning over the peas and pineapple and stir to make sure it is evenly distributed.
Add rice, mix it through, then add the Tamari. Stir to combine and serve!
