THE GROCERY LIST

2 large yukon gold potatoes
1 small cabbage

6 cups chicken or beef broth
10 ounces dry ramen noodles
8 ounce bag flax seeds or flax seed meal
16 ounce bag unsweetened shredded coconut
3 cups medjool dates
1 jar Rice Malt Syrup or Brown Rice Syrup
1 (7 ounce) can coconut condensed milk
4 oz dark chocolate
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound lentils
1 pound brown rice 
1 (14.5 ounce) can black beans 
2 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
2 cups raw cashews
1 ounce dried shiitake mushrooms
1 dozen eggs
16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
8 ounces crumbled goat cheese
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 prepared rotisserie chicken (optional)

Feedfeed Tip If you don't have a spiralizer you can buy sweet potato noodles pre-spiralized, or you could dice the potatoes and make more of a hash.
 
Lentil and Rice Stuffed Eggplants by @boxofspice

These perfectly roasted eggplants are full of brown rice, lentils and black beans. To save even more time, look for frozen pre-cooked brown rice and pre-cooked lentils in the produce aisle.
