The holidays are almost here, but we still need to get dinner on the table! This week's menu includes everything from roasted veggie dishes to creamy soups to easy curries. Don't skip on this weekend's festive cinnamon roll!

THE GROCERY LIST

5 yellow onions
1 red onion
1 head garlic
1 large knob fresh ginger
1 small jar red curry paste
4 (32-oz.) pkgs low sodium vegetable broth
1 head cauliflower
2 cups frozen peas
Cooked white rice
3 lbs. carrots,
2 cups black lentils
2 cups yellow lentils
2 large bunches fresh cilantro
3 jalapeño peppers
1 lb. celery
1 (15-oz.) can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
2 cups cooked, US Grown Wild Rice
1 bunch kale
2 (15-oz.) cans cannellini beans
1 lemon
1 lime
1 cup shiitake mushrooms
1 avocado
1 mango
1 blood orange
4 (about 1 lb.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small jar GF BBQ sauce
1 sweet potato
1 tomato
2 (15-oz.) cans pumpkin puree
1 (15-oz.) can chickpeas
1 (4.5-oz.) can full fat coconut milk
½ gallon whole milk
1 dozen eggs
8 oz. butter
4 oz. cream cheese
