Coconut Tomato Soup

I’ve been trying to make simple, quick meals and this Coconut Tomato Soup was one of them. It only took 25 minutes to make and the ingredients were very simple. I cant wait to start my last year here at Chico State (August 22nd) and I will most definitely take advantage of all the resources provided before I graduate. I will graduate with a BS in Agriculture with an emphasis in resource management and I will then transfer next year to UC Davis (in California) to complete my Master’s program, in plant breeding....which I am dreading, but I know it is something I want to accomplish. Also, I appreciate all the love you guys send to people I feature because I believe they deserve recognition. Their aspirations truly inspire me and hope they inspire you as well.
