Banh Mi Bowls With Slow Cooker Beef
Got inspired by a video I saw from @skinnytaste today and whipped up some bahn mi bowls tonight with brown rice, leftover @iverstinefarms tri-tip beef, marinated carrots, cucumbers, jalepenos, cilantro, and an @vitalfarms fried egg on top! (Even P ate a bowl with rice, beef, a fried egg, and some veggies!) so so good y'all! dinner .
Cucumber Citrus Gin Cocktails
Just in time for #stpatricksday I whipped up a batch of my Boozy Green Elixir in partnership with @drizlyinc ! This cocktail has a lemongrass ginger simple syrup, cucumber juice, lemon, and mint (so it's basically good for you!) It's seriously going to be my favorite drink for summer.
