As the mom of two very active teenagers, I believe a healthy diet is primarily plant based, void of processed foods and rich in protein and nutrients- real foods that can fuel your young scholar athletes and more than please family and friends. Salmon can be cooked, cured and presented in so many different ways, it's easy to discover a few you not only love, but find easy to prepare. While wild salmon is always preferable, responsibly sourced will fulfill your needs.
