Recipe Intro From kulas_kitchen
my new go-to SALMON BOWL with miso-tahini sauce! ✨ I posted the method for making this easy + incredibly delicious salmon the other day, and here’s my favourite way to eat it ❤️ this is a pretty loose formula to follow - you can use any base/grain, whichever veggies you have on hand + any toppings you desire! miso-tahini sauce is not optional tho bc it is heavenly 😌

ingredients
For the Bowls
- Greens of choice
- Cooked rice of choice
- 2 cubed sweet potatoes, tossed in garlic powder and olive oil
- 1 head roasted broccoli
- Cooked salmon
- Chives, optional
ingredients
For the Miso Tahini Sauce
- 3 tablespoons smooth tahini
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 clove grated garlic
- Water to thin
Method
Step 1
First make sure your rice is cooked and your veggies are roasted. Make the salmon by following the recipe and method in my previous reel.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for your miso-tahini sauce, slowly adding water bit by bit until you have a thick but pourable consistency.
Step 3
Assemble the bowls by dressing your greens with a bit of the sauce, then adding your rice, roasted veggies and cooked salmon. Top with more sauce and herbs!
