ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound sockeye salmon
  • Zest and juice of one lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Melt over low heat all ingredients until combined. allow to cool and then brush on fish. Roast in 400F oven for 12 minutes and then broil for 2 more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro
