Sustainable Seafood

Looking for creative inspiration for what to make with sustainable seafood? Here's what the #feedfeed community is cooking up!

A Note From Jason Weiner

Now not to get too preachy here, but its kind of the least we can do. If we're gonna eat stuff, we may as well eat stuff that's sustainable. Happily when it comes to seafood, sustainable pretty much always means delicious. Get to know your fish guy; find out where your fish is coming from;go local; experiment. So go ahead-- fry an oyster, dredge a blowfish, sear a butterfish, smoke a bluefish, pop that jar of anchovies, pickle that herring, bake a sea bream. Keep away from the usual suspects and for heaven's sake please don't touch that farm raised shrimp from halfway around the world.
