Living in Australia, an island surrounded by beautiful clean waters, there’s not a week that goes by without a visit to the nearby Sydney Fish Markets and fish for dinner at least once. But it doesn’t matter where you live, when travelling, a trip to the local fish market is always essential and always fascinating. For me fish is one of the very best ways to get a taste of a place. Swordfish with capers and tomato in Positano (Italy); white tuna with green mango in Hoi An (Vietnam); Sole Meuniere in Paris (France); steamed black cod with bourride sauce in California (US) … I am so excited to share how you like to cook and eat your fish…
