Oh you’re gluten-free, so you don’t eat meat, right? Wrong. The two diets are totally different, but whether it is due to dietary restrictions or preferences, there are many who embrace both lifestyles! Given how different the diets are, meals and options can seem quite restricted. From breakfast treats like pancakes and waffles, to entrees such as rice bowls and avocado-sauce pasta, to desserts such as flourless chocolate cake and coconut cookies, my GF AND vegan friends should have no fear!
