- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 tablespoons hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas, almond milk, almond butter, coffee and olive oil.
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together. Then fold the dry ingredients into the wet and mix to combine.
Using a large tablespoon, spoon 9 cookies onto a baking tray. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Enjoy!
