ingredients
- 2 peeled and frozen bananas
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons plant-based collagen, optional
Method
Step 1
Using a high powered blender, Magic Bullet, or food processor, blend together all ingredients. I like to only add as much liquid to the blender or processor to get it going because I like them thick. If you want your smoothie bowl runnier, just add more liquid!
Step 2
Serve into a bowl or jar and top with any toppings that you like! Suggested ideas: GoMacro peanut butter bar, peanut butter, coconut, bee pollen, chia seeds, hemp seeds, berries.
