- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup tahini, runny
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons liquid coconut oil
- 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, or chocolate chunks
Mix almond flour and baking powder in a medium sized bowl. In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients and combine with the dry.
Fold in oats and chocolate chips or chunks. Bake in an 8x11 pan at 375F for 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars!
