Made from cornmeal, polenta is typically served either as a creamy porridge that has been made over the stovetop, or as crispy polenta cakes that are pan fried or baked. It's a comforting dish that's naturally gluten free, and is great as a base for adding all sorts of flavors and toppings like roasted vegetables, ragu, fish, eggs and more!
