THE RECIPES
Crispy Chickpea Tofu Wraps

by @thedreamyleaf

Fair warning–you're going to want to fry everything in a thin coating of chickpea flour after one go at these wraps. Yes, the tofu is *that* tasty.

Feedfeed Tip When pan-frying tofu, it's important to buy the 'extra-firm' block. Save the silky smooth versions for sauces and smoothies, because it's not going to hold up against the heat of the skillet!
Black Bean Burger

by @gone_vegan

Say goodbye to bland, flavorless burgers, because this veggie patty is anything but that. If you don't have flax meal, you can use your flour of choice.

Sungold Tomato Gazpacho

by @alison__wu

This is a gentle reminder that gazpacho is arguably the easiest and most seasonal dinner that you can make for yourself at this time of year. Seriously, what are you waiting for?

Baby Kale, Avocado, Beet, and Blackberry Salad

by @realandvibrant

Not sure what to do with all those berries? Sure, a sweet treat is always a good idea, but there's no reason why you can't also toss them into a fresh green salad.

Artichoke Tomato Spaghetti Squash

by @juanjmaggie

In case you needed to be reminded, garlic, artichokes, capers, and tomatoes should always be consumed together. And we're not complaining when they're served with a generous bowl of spaghetti squash, that's for sure.

The weekend is a great time to head to the beach, go for a walk, or catch up on all your TV shows, but it's *also* a great time to make these delightfully nutty, no-bake brownies. Just sayin'!
