  • 6 ounces frozen blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 cup vegan granola
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • pinch of salt


  • Step 1

    Add crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Then press down into muffin tins half way leaving room for nice cream.

  • Step 2

    Blend toppings into blender then add to muffin tins. Top with blueberries and freeze for 3-4 hours
