- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup Medjool dates (6 large)
- 2 tablespoons room temperature coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs, optional
- almond butter, for drizzling
In a food processor combine all ingredients except cacao nibs and almond butter. Blend for 1-2 minutes then stir in cacao nibs.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Firmly press mixture into a pan, patting down with your hands into an even loaf.
Freeze for 15 minutes. Remove brownie loaf. Run a sharp knife under hot water, cut into 8 squares. Drizzle with LOTS of almond butter.
