- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 block tofu
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 12 thick tomato slices
- 1/ 2 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/ 2 cup pickled cabbage
- 8 asparagus spears, blanched
- 1/ 2 cup hummus
- 8 slices of bread
Heat oil in a medium pan over medium high heat. Make crispy tofu by pan frying over medium heat in sesame oil about 2 minutes each side.
Toast bread slices and divide remaining ingredients between sandwiches. Serve immediately.
