Everyone is familiar with zucchini and summer squash, but what about their blossoms? Completely edible, these beautiful flowers have a pleasant (but delicate) floral/ vegetal flavor. Try them stuffed, pickled, deep fried, in an omelette, on pizza or even in a sandwich!
