Coming from a region famous for handmade pasta and being taught by my grandma is a reflection of the personal moments this tradition is between families. The definition of homemade pasta is as intimate as it gets for food lovers, the feel and texture of rolling the dough to the wrapping of a ravioli to the careful blending of cooked pasta with the sauce. Each region in Italy specializes in pasta of all shapes, ingredients and sizes, meticulously crafted and mastered over time with high-quality local produce; a beautiful work of art that is beloved around the world.
