There are a lot of different ways to re-create a favorite dish and make it Paleo friendly - swap sweet potato noodles for pasta, cauliflower rice for white rice, lettuce leaves for burger buns and so much more. These simple changes fuel the body with nutrient dense, real whole foods which are essential when eating Paleo. I've found that cooking Paleo taps into the creative side of each individual to create something amazingly healthy and filling using the freshest ingredients available.

I'm also a big fan of dishes that don't take long to cook and prepare so you'll have more time to sit down, relax and enjoy your meal.
