Prosciutto Baked Egg Cups

(9)
"Breakfast never looked this good. We all wake up in the morning and the last thing we want to do is start cooking. That’s why cereal is the ultimate breakfast food - it’s easy and requires little effort. But what if we reframed what an easy breakfast was? You can do that by meal prepping savory dishes to have in the morning so you don’t get a sugar rush early in the morning. If we made egg cups as convenient to eat as donuts and bagels, we’d all be a little better off!"
