Gluten Free Breakfast and Brunch

More often than not, breakfast is a quick-fuel, not an elaborate meal. During the week, I typically make green smoothies for one with my new Vitamix S55 or mash some avocado on a slice of gluten-free toast and top it with a runny egg. I'm just looking to pack some healthy protien in and get on with the busy day ahead. Same for the kids. A quick scrambled egg, some yogurt and let's hustle to make sure we don't miss the bus!
Weekends are an entirely different story. We love having pancakes, waffles, skillet eggs and muffins. There are plenty of wonderful gluten-free recipes out there to start your day with. Here area few of my favorites from the FeedFeed community this month.
