As much as I wish straight cold brew was enough to support healthy lactation, I know it takes a lot more to fuel myself as a breastfeeding mom to a very hungry baby! There are many different opinions on what is best to eat while breastfeeding and if you ever unsure of what you can and cannot have (disclaimer: I will eat almost anything I can get my hands on!) it's always important to check with your doctor or a certified lactation consultant if you have any questions. That being said, here are a few tried and true recipes that can help to support your breastfeeding journey in honor of National Breastfeeding Month! While we can't promise these recipes will produce a huge freezer stash overnight, we can attest to them being both tasty and satisfying.
