THE GROCERY LIST

2 scallions

1 quart vegetable broth
1 bag carrots
Bunch of flat parsley
1 quart coconut cream
8 ounces tempeh
2 bunches kale
1 medium red onion
1 large tomato 
1 medium cucumber
1 avocado
Chili mustard
Chili sauce
8 slices sourdough rye bread
Soy yogurt
2 lemons
1 head of garlic 
Green cabbage
Red cabbage
Carrots
1 fennel bulb
1 Chili
1 block organic tofu
1 tsp crushed ginger
2 diced spring onions
1/2 cup dried shiitake mushrooms 
1 chopped bok choy 
1 pack ramen noodles
1/2 cup of whole wheat couscous
1 large potato
2 tomatoes
1 small red chili pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 lemon, juice + zest
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup of cooked quinoa
