- 6 ounces silken tofu
- 2 1/ 2 ounces dark chocolate
- 1/ 2 teaspoon espresso powder
- Salt, a pinch
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and let it cool down.
With a powerful food processor, blend the silken tofu until it gets creamy.
Gradually add the melted chocolate, a pinch of salt and the espresso powder. Blend for a few more seconds. You should get a mousse consistency.
Serve in a bowl, with a shot of espresso coffee.
