ZUCCHINI CACAO SMOOTHIE || Happy Tuesday babes! Fueling up for the busy week ahead with this mid-morning snack. Yes, I added zucchini to my usual almond milk + cacao + banana combo and you cannot even taste it in there (and if you do, just add more cacao). How many of you eat snacks throughout the day vs 3 meals? For me, it all depends on how my body is feeling and needing that day. There's no right or wrong way, just what's right for you.

LAYERED CHIA PUDDING PARFAIT. For this parfait I've used a basic chia pudding with chia seeds and oat milk. I made a strawberry chia jam simply by cooking strawberries and added a few tbsp of chia seeds and coconut sugar after cooking. I added some plantbased yogurt in the middle.
