A Note From K.C. Cornwell

Buttery pistachios are welcome in almost anything I'm cooking: their flavor, crunch and bright green hue take baked goods, salads, ice cream, pesto and sauces to the next level. Once you consider the options with pistachio butter and pistachio flour, the options are almost endless.
