This juicy and sweet (when fully ripened!) stone fruit can be found in desserts, salads, smoothies, vegetable rolls, and more. When not ripe, mangoes can also be pickled or cooked down for chutneys. Native to South Asia, but now found across the globe, this versatile ingredient is a tropical fruit favorite!
