- 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup
- 1/2 cup oat milk
For Layering
ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- Chopped mango
- Fresh mint
Method
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and put in and air tight container in the fridge for 5 mins.
Step 2
Serve the chia mix with some more yogurt, fresh mango and mint.
