I grew up eating pizza like it was my job. From birthday parties to movie night at home to school lunches, it seemed like it was around 24/7. In college I would go to the drive thru pizza joint near my house and pick up a $5 cheese-only at least a few nights a week. Back then, I had no idea that pizza could be both delicious and healthy. Nowadays, there’s never any cheese on my pizzas but it’s still one of my favorite things to eat and dishes to make. Its versatility is endless and it’s a surefire crowd pleaser. I’m always on the lookout for new, vegetable-loaded pizza and flatbread recipes and that’s just what you’ll find right here in this feed.
