"Sweet pizza - summer edition! Puffed rice and coco oil crust topped with coco yogurt, flat peaches, raspberries, strawberries, goji and coconut chips! What would be on your dream sweet pizza? This took minutes to make and I’m pretty sure it will only take minutes to eat too, can’t wait to mess it up"

ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups puffed rice
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • Assorted fruit of choice

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix rice, coconut oil and maple syrup in a bowl until combined.

  • Step 2

    Press the sticky rice into a parchment-lined tart tin and set aside in the fridge to set for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Top the tart with coconut yogurt and fruit slices.
