ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon, scored, optional
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 hot chili pepper, optional
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil

To make the marinade:

  • Step 1

    Mix all the sauces together.

To make the salmon:

  • Step 1

    Use marinade to coat the salmon and marinade for 15 mins

  • Step 2

    Preheat pan with oil and butter

  • Step 3

    Pan fry on medium high with the skin side down (about 6 mins). Don’t touch it until the color and crust develops, then flip and cook for another 6 mins on the pan or until desired doneness!
