Vegan Bao-Naise / Mayo

3/4 cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp Baobab powder

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp sweetener

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp hemp seeds (optional)

3/4 cup water

Directions:

Add all ingredients except for the water to a high powered blender abd blend on high until smooth. Next add in the water and set on high speed until pale and thickened.
