"I can still remember the first time I ever tried Mayak Gyeran and honestly I’ve been hooked ever since. This style of eggs was introduced to me by an old boyfriend’s mother who was trying to get to know me the best way she knew how, over food. We bonded over our love for eggs and rice and have never looked back! What I loved most about this dish was how surprisingly easy and foolproof it really is. You can make these in big or small batches and is truly a low effort delicious dish! And after incorporating San-J Organic Tamari, the flavors really blend well together and definitely satisfy."
