THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)


2 pounds london broil (or skirt steak)
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves
2 green onions
1 head of garlic
12 sweet potatoes
5 avocados
1 large clamshell of arugula
Hemp hearts
Pepitas
1/2 cup tahini
2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 lemons
1 pound gluten-free spaghetti
2 medium zucchini
2 pints cherry tomatoes
2 (8.8 oz) cans tomato sauce
1 cup purple or Kalamata olives
Fresh thyme
1 dozen eggs
1 (7-oz.) pkg smoked salmon
1/4 cup hummus
2 clementines
2-3 medium beets
3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup walnuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 medium head of cauliflower
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
Tomato sauce
Turkey pepperoni
Mozzarella
Fresh basil
Ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 plain unsweetened kefir
3 tbsp cashew milk 
 

PANTRY ESSENTIALS

1 cup red wine vinegar
EVOO
1 tbsp honey
Tahini
Maple syrup
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons garlic powder
Coconut oil
Chili flakes
Dill
Oregano
Baking soda
Coconut sugar
1 1/2 cups oat flour 
Vanilla extract

This simple chimichurri sauce is about to become the soundtrack of your summer. Seriously, you're going to want to put it on everything. Serve your steak with a side salad or some grilled potato wedges.

Feedfeed Tip If you don't have a high-speed blender, you can always chop the ingredients in your chimichurri by hand, although a food processor or blender will save you time and a bunch of elbow grease, to boot.
