Crispy Chickpeas

"Pro Snack Tip: Drain and rinse a couple cans of chickpeas and let air dry. Then toss on a baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper and your spices of choice, and then roast in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes until crispy. You’ll be addicted, I promise."

  • 2 (15.5 ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and air dried
  • Olive oil, for tossing
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika, optional
  • Cumin, optional
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, optional


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400ºF. Toss chickpeas on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add any other desired spices.

  • Step 2

    Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
