THE GROCERY LIST
(the must-haves!)


1 lb large shrimp
2 chicken breasts
½ lb bacon
2 heads romaine lettuce
2 cups of micro kale and arugula 
4 large tomatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
3 avocados
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 lemon
1 head of garlic
1 cantaloupe, medium sized
1/4 lb prosciutto 
Basil
1 large container plain yogurt
1 red onion
1 dozen eggs
1 bunch cilantro
1 (4-oz) block cream cheese
1 (7-oz.) pkg smoked salmon slices 
1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 pound tomatillos, husked and quartered
1 bunch cilantro, divided
2 jalapenos, chopped
2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chiles
2 (32-oz.) boxes chicken broth
6 ears of corn
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken 
1 bunch radishes, sliced
2 limes
1 large shallot
2 tablespoons fresh thyme, minced
1 pound red-skinned potatoes, boiled
1/2 pound haricot verts
2 (6-oz) sushi grade tuna steaks
1/2 cup Everything Bagel seasoning
1 head of butter lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 jar kalamata olives
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 cup hazelnut flour 
1/4 cup roasted hazelnuts 
1/4 cup dried cranberries
 

PANTRY ESSENTIALS
(things we assume you have,
but if not, stock up!)


EVOO
2 tsp paprika
½  tsp cumin
½  tsp oregano
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp cayenne
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups full fat coconut milk
4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons tahini


OPTIONAL FLAVOR ENHANCERS
(Things that would be nice to add to the recipes we chose, but not essential)


1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp chopped dill
1/4 cup watercress
Gluten free tortilla chips
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Edible flowers

What's better than a hearty cobb salad for dinner in the middle of summer? Not a fan of blue cheese? Omit it or substitute your favorite crumbly cheese.

Feedfeed Tip When buying shrimp, don't be afraid to head to the freezer aisle. Frozen shrimp, while this may seem counterintuitive, is often times fresher than the stuff you'll find at the fish counter.

Savory melon is underrated, in our humble opinion. If you want to, you can serve this with a side salad, roasted veggies, or your favorite gluten free pasta.
